About the Clubhouse

The Lost Lake Property Owners Association offers rental of the Clubhouse for both residents and non-residents.

COST:
     For non-residents - $75 for the first four (4) hours and then $20 for each additional hour.
     For residents - may be eligible for two (2) free rentals per year, based on account status.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your rental is not final until you receive verification from the LLPOA Office.

With large windows that showcase the beautiful lake, walking trail to the Island, and the lush green yard, to the stone fireplace, we offer a serene atmosphere for any event. During the summer, there is plenty of natural light coming through. 

With approximately 800 sq ft of space, there is space for 70 - 80 people.  

YOUR RENTAL PROVIDES:

• A full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee pots, coffee urns.
• Limited number of pots and pans, utensils, glassware, serving dishes.
• Plastic tables, including 18+ rectangle (6 ft x 30 inch) and 3 square (34-inch).
• Cushioned chairs (75+)
• Cleaning supplies, including garbage bags
• Access to guest Wi-Fi (log-in information posted in Clubhouse)
• Smart Television (no cable television service is provided)

YOUR RENTAL DOES NOT PROVIDE:

• Anything in locked cabinets
• Tablecloths, napkins, disposable ware
• Food, including condiments, spices
• Beverages, including coffee, bottled beverages
• Landline telephone service
• Use of the downstairs area
• Setup or teardown of room
